Return and refund eligibility depends on product condition, category, and applicable policy communicated at the time of sale. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

8. POS Guest Checkout and Account Linking

In some in-store transactions, a sale may be completed before full account registration. If you later complete account setup using a provided link or verification flow, eligible prior guest purchases may be linked to your registered account based on matching customer identifiers (such as phone number).
